Privacy policy

Privacy, clearly explained.

How information is handled when you visit the website or submit an inquiry.

1. Scope and responsibility

This notice applies to the Cavryx Holdings website and its inquiry forms. Cavryx Holdings is an emerging business initiative; legal registration has not yet been confirmed. The initiative’s website operator is responsible for handling inquiries. Use the privacy request form to contact the operator about information handled through this website.

Private workspace and publication

Authorized administrators sign in through ChatGPT. Authentication is handled by the hosting platform; the website uses the identity supplied by that platform to enforce an administrator allowlist. The private workspace stores company research, opportunity notes, follow-up dates, milestone records, and document links entered by authorized administrators. These records are not publicly accessible. Publication drafts remain private until an administrator explicitly publishes a separate public version. Administrative audit records contain action references and dates and are retained for up to 180 days. Workspace records are retained until the operator deletes them or they cease to be needed; the operator should review them quarterly. Document references are links, not uploaded files.

Careers applications

When you apply or express interest, we collect your name, email, area of interest, relevant experience, optional professional links and message, and your privacy consent. An optional PDF résumé may be uploaded when file submission is available. Do not include identity documents, banking information, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive details.

Applications and résumés are used to evaluate potential work opportunities and to contact you about your submission. They are accessible only to authorized reviewers. Résumés are held in private file storage and are downloaded through authenticated routes; they are not public links. We do not contact candidates automatically or send automatic email receipts.

Recruitment records are retained for up to 180 days for review. Expired records are excluded from review and download access, and routine service activity removes expired records and attachments in bounded batches. Authorized reviewers can delete records earlier. A reviewer may explicitly export applicant records for recruitment purposes; exported copies must be stored privately and removed when no longer needed. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact partnerships@cavryx.com or use the privacy request form.

2. Information collected

The form asks for your name, business email, inquiry type, and message. Company, website, and sector are optional. We record your acknowledgment of this privacy notice and a submission reference and date. Provide only the information needed to explain your inquiry. Do not submit sensitive personal information, identity documents, payment details, confidential material, or trade secrets.

3. Purpose and contact

Information is used to review and respond to inquiries, consider potential business relationships, maintain relevant correspondence, and protect the website from abuse. We do not sell inquiry information, use behavioral advertising, or add form users to a marketing mailing list. Your acknowledgment permits contact concerning the inquiry; it is not a financial or business agreement.

4. Submission queue and providers

Submitted information is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database for private review. Access to the stored queue is restricted to authorized operators through authenticated hosting or database tools; there is no public inquiry listing. Email delivery is not currently configured. A successful receipt on the website means a database record was saved, not that an email was delivered or a proposal accepted.

5. Security information and logs

Random verification tokens, expiry timestamps, and short-lived salted hashes of network addresses help limit automated abuse. The application does not store raw IP addresses in the inquiry database or include inquiry contents in application logs. Hosting providers may separately process network addresses, request details, and security logs under their policies. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and external services

The corporate application uses no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or browser storage. Images and fonts are served locally. Hosting infrastructure may use essential security cookies; access-controlled review environments may also use authentication cookies. No third-party product is embedded for trading, gambling, or payment. Links to other pages or providers are subject to their own practices.

7. Retention and deletion

Website inquiry records older than 90 days are removed when a subsequent valid inquiry is processed. An inactive website may therefore retain older records until that cleanup or a manual deletion. Anti-abuse records older than 24 hours are similarly cleaned on subsequent form activity. Information needed for an ongoing business discussion or a legal obligation may be kept separately for longer, subject to review.

8. Sharing and international processing

Hosting and technology providers process information to operate the website and secure storage, potentially outside your country. Information may also be disclosed if legally required or necessary to address legal or security concerns. Submission alone does not make your information public or authorize sharing it with prospective investors or unrelated third parties.

9. Your choices and requests

You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of permission for future contact through the privacy request form. Choose “Privacy request” and provide the email used for your original inquiry and, if available, its reference. Do not send identity documents through the form. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where legally required. Requests will be handled as required by applicable law.

10. Children and policy changes

The website is intended for business inquiries and does not knowingly seek information from children under 13. Use the privacy request form if you believe such information was submitted. We may update this notice when practices change; the revision date appears above.
